Thralls of Ybris plague the wastelands of Erj, indiscriminantly attacking travellers of any class or purpose. While the sylph revere Ybris as a benevolent deity, Ybric thralls interpret her nothingness as a call to action—namely, to help return all that exists to the void through continual slaughter and destruction. They view themselves as agents of the Abrogation.
Thralls have very little chain of command, and therefore, unable to coordinate larger operations, seldom amount to little more than a nuisance to forces as well-protected as the Astral Templar. However, on occasion, they’ve been lucky enough to cut to the heart of a sylph or erjan settlement, felling every man, woman, and child in their sight.
