It is unknown what became of the inhabitants of Amnu following the ruination of Ras Huran’s harbour. The sudden dearth of tourists to the White Mesas doubtless made subsistence in such a small and isolated village unsustainable, but it is unclear to where, if anywhere, Amnu’s meager population resettled.

Some believe that the villagers, loyal stewards of the Mesas that they were, chose to remain, and die as they had always lived. However, no erjan remains have been found within the village in the intervening decades, and it is largely assumed they resettled further East, closer to Erj’s inner sea, or simply integrated into one of Erj’s larger cities—perhaps Ras Huran itself.
